A Nigerian man named Abayomi Fredrick Ebiesuwa popularly known as Chairman, a suspected fraud kingpin has reportedly forfeited his property, a Victoria East Park Hotel and Suite located at Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos State, over a N53.7 million fraud.
Justice Abdulazeez M. Z. Anka of the Federal High Court, Lagos has granted the request of the EFCC seeking an interim forfeiture order of the property after Ebiesuwa was arrested by EFCC for allegedly masterminding fraudulent Dollar scheme to hoodwink unsuspecting victims.
