A 30-year-old man, identified as Inusa Aliyu, from Rafin-Makadi in Rimi Local Government Area of Katsina state, has been arrested by the states police command for allegedly raping and having sex with his 14-year-old biological daughter.
According to the state police spokesperson, Gambo Isa, Inusa was arrested after his wife, Mariya, caught him pants down with their daughter after the victim told her mother who refuse to belief her of her father’s immoral act.
Upon interrogation, the suspect disclosed that an herbalist told him that sleeping with his daughter would bring him immense wealth and good luck.
“The daughter informed the mother of the sexual affairs with her father, but she could not believe until she caught him having sex with their daughter. She reported the case to the police headquarters in Rimi Local Government Area and the man was arrested. The girl was rushed to the General Hospital in Rimi for medical attention and the case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department for further investigation.” the police spokesperson said.
