Below are some things you should avoid as lubricants during s3x.
Spit: Even though spit is wet, and it can be handy during s3x but spit is not slippery enough to be used as lubricants and spit can also facilitate the transmission of s3xually transmitted disease and can also cause infection to the vag!na.

Vaseline: Vaseline is a petroleum jelly that can lead to infection and studies showed that the use of petroleum jelly can cause bacterial vaginosis.

Coconut oil: Even though using coconut oil might not be harmful but it can deteriorate the latex in condoms which can make it break and you can contract an STD or have an unwanted pregnancy when a condom breaks.

Olive oil: “Olive oil can also act like an oil-based lube and interfere with the latex of condoms, instead of food products, use an organic lube that can be safe for both your vag!na and the condom you use”.

Baby oil: “Using baby oil in your vag!na can increase the risk of a yeast infection, it can also reduce a condom’s effectiveness so it is best that you stay away from it during s3x”.
