4 Ways To Use Ginger For Hair Growth

Growing hair is a task not meant for the weak because it sometimes comes with a lot of struggles like the awkward-length-phase, bouts of hair loss, and the constant urge to want to chop it all off instead of going through the stress of growing it.
Asides from ginger healing power, it is also an excellent remedy for hair growth, below are some ways to use ginger to promote your hair growth.
Ginger and olive oil: Mix 1 tablespoon of finely grated ginger with 2 to 3 tablespoons of lukewarm olive oil, leave the grated ginger in the oil for at least 30 minutes then gently massage your scalp with the ginger and olive oil mixture for 1 to 2 minutes and let it sit on your scalp for minimum of 30minutes and rinse with lukewarm water, you can also wash your hair with shampoo.
Ginger and lemon juice: Mixing these two together works well for dandruff and helps in healthy hair growth, mix 2 tablespoons of grated ginger with 3 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and mix them well. Apply to your scalp and leave for 30 minutes then wash off with a mild shampoo.
Ginger paste: Make a paste of freshly grated ginger with a small amount of water, apply on the bald area of your hair gently massage with your fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes then allow it sit on your scalp for 45 to 50 minutes and wash off with water.
Ginger and garlic mask: Mix 4 teaspoons of coconut oil, 2to3 crushed cloves of garlic, 5 teaspoons of coconut milk, 2teaspoons of honey and a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger. Apply the mask on your scalp and hair then wash your hair with mild shampoo.
