8 Types Of Dancers In Church

In church most times, you can’t just do anything but laugh. In many categories they come, sure you belong to one or even two. Let’s start.

1. Say no to dancing: don’t know if these guys can dance at all but trust me, I don’t know how good you want to be on the drums or piano or how good your voice is, you can’t convince them to move to your rhythm. All they do is pocket, look and stand.

2. Clap and move; upgraded form of the above. All they do is clap, sing and move with the
instrumentalist. You all know their dance move-right, left, right, left (sideways). At least they are moving to your tune unlike our brothers above.

3. Off beat brothers: don’t want to know the progression of the song. All they know is that you are singing and they are dancing.

4. Latest dancers: coming to church with Shoki or Shakiti bobo. They come to church with the latest dance in town. They don’t care if you’re looking at them, all they know is they are dancing to God.

5. The prayer dancers: these are the people that shake their heads and pray as a form of dancing.
They turn every song to prayer and fire the devil and their enemies. Them no send whether na song or prayer. Just fire the devil.

6. The clique dancers: they are always in twos or threes. They dance their way to the front of the church and perform every move together and you are always like am I watching India film here?

7. Reverse dancers: sometimes they can be quite annoying when you are not in a good mood. You are only going to experience these types if you are going to a church where you form a line and dance while paying offering. They move two steps forward and five backwards. This feature is common amidst the ladies. Am I not right?

8. Keep the ball rolling
