Once upon a time, in the history of Nigerian transportation, night travel was the best option for those who are travelling to very far distances. The journey from the east to the west or north was always night until recently when the smaller buses decided to move passengers to any destination during the day. This does not mean that the night travel in the country is unpopular, the business men and women who has no money for hotels can make use of these night travels for their trips. Sometimes, emergencies can make us use the night when we are unable to get a flight to our choice destination. These are some of the tips that you would need during these night travels.

There is no need traveling heavy during a night journey except it is necessary. A lot of things can go wrong especially robbery incidents. To be on the safe lane, only travel with things that you would not be sorry of losing on the road. The night is always dark with little light to protect you talk less of guarding your belongings.

Avoid flaunting expensive things

Expensive gadgets should be left at home to avoid stories that touch. If you must come with expensive things, it would be in your interest to store them away from the prying eyes of the other passengers. You may never know who is close to you. Of course, this is not the best time of the day to show off.

Why should you travel with a lot of money? There are banks all over the country and if you hate the crowd in the bank, there is the ATM or at best money transfer that you can easily control with you bank token. The torch can be your best friend in the night. Forget about the phone torch, sometimes; it is not advisable to expose your phone as a torch. A torch is cheap and does not have any attraction to it because no sensible person may attack you to collect your torch from you.
