Two Nigerian men, suspected to be car snatchers were reportedly apprehended and stripped naked for allegedly snatching a red van in Owerri, Imo State capital on Sunday, 27th of August.
According to report, after snatching the van from the driver, luck ran out on them after they were intercepted by members of a vigilante group in Igboukwu along Obiuno – Ekwulumili road, in Anambra State, with the help of pleasure seekers drinking palm wine at one of the bars in the area.
