Teeth whitening: It can cost you thousands of dollars at the dentist’s. Or it can be free if you try this cool trick.
What do you need? A banana peel, a toothbrush and toothpaste.
What do you do? Rub the stringy, fleshy side of the peel to your teeth. Try to keep gums and lips away from paste for ten minutes. After the time is up, grab a dry toothbrush and work the paste into your teeth.
Then what? Brush teeth like normal with toothpaste and water to remove the banana paste. Repeat every day for up to two weeks.
How does it work? Potassium, magnesium and manganese, all naturally occurring in the peel, help to lessen stains on the enamel.
