7 Things That Are Giving You Ugly Cellulite

Are you lean and fit and still got cellulite? Well, while you might think it’s only excess body fat that can give you cellulite, there are many other things you didn’t know about that could be giving you that pesky cellulite.
Below are some factors that give you cellulite.

Excess processed and junk food intake: Do away with those processed and junk foods because they contain irritants and preservatives which increase the sugar level and toxins in your body and gives you cellulite.



Excess body weight: “High levels of the female hormone estrogen can cause cellulite, while many factors lead to excess estrogen levels in the body, the body produces more estrogen in those who have more fat cells or are overweight”.

Oral contraceptive pills: If you are the type that is constantly on the contraceptive pill, you will have higher levels of estrogen in your body which will, in turn, cause cellulite.

Not drinking enough water: Water removes the toxins from the body and also cleans the lymphatic system. Not drinking enough water will give room for toxins to get trapped in your body as cellulite.

Sedentary lifestyle: It is true your sedentary lifestyle can give you cellulite. Sitting too long in a place will decrease blood circulation to your lower body which will cause cellulite.

Wearing tight clothes: Wearing tight clothes will restrict the flow of blood to your body and also prevent your body from flushing out toxins thereby causing cellulite.

Excess caffeine intake: “If you cannot do without a cup of coffee in a day it is fine, but an overdose of caffeine in a day can also give you cellulite”.
