YAHAYA PRAISED GOVERNOR ABUBAKAR OVER APPROVAL OF MEDIACAL STUDENTS BONDING APPOINTMENT
Muhammad Yahaya Abubakar who was the State Secretary of the ANRP acknowledged the effort of Governor Abubakar on approval of the medical and paramedical students of Bauchi state to the state civil service roll. He disclosed the statement on 26th of October to freshvibes news.
He describe Mr. Abubakar's effort as a good step toward uplifting the standard of education and the health care across the state. "Even though I am affiliated to a different party other than that of the sitting governor but I have to say it that he have tried for the students and worthy to be acknowledged" said Mr. Yahaya.
It had been roughly over 4 years now when the medical students were exempted from being part of the beneficiaries of the program, which have affected many of the students financially, a situation that led to withdrawal of some students from their program of studies simply because they can't afford the expenses attached to their studies.
He also call on the governor to extend his hands of benevolence to other students as they are all equally important and suffers the same mascre.
Mr. Yahaya added that although the state government do pays an annual scholarship to other students but more need to be done. The students collect sometimes bellow seventeen thousand from the state government which I believe hardly sustained them to a maximum of two month at extreme condition. So I call on the governor to implement other supporting measure to the students concern as they are of equally importance with the medical students to the state.
He also extend his condolence to the governor and the APC state chairman over the lost of Hajiya Kande Ibrahim, the Bauchi south women leader to the APC.
