It has been reported that a male teacher recorded by a student assaulting a female high school student for unknown reasons has been suspended by the department of education in KwaZulu-Natal, a province of South Africa.
In the short video clip that went viral after it was posted on social media and sparked outrage, the male teacher was visibly seen mercilessly whipping the female schoolgirl at Mdlamfe High School.
