A pregnant woman who reportedly went into child labour safely delivered her baby inside a tricycle referred to as Tuk Tuk in Kenya and Keke Marwa in Nigeria.
According to the Facebook user, who shared the photos online today, the woman went into labour while on her way to the hospital before she delivered her baby and they are both doing well well till now.
Sharing the photos on Facebook, the poster wrote;
“This morning I managed to conduct an emergency delivery at the OCEAN aboard on MV. Jambo Ferry.
The mother was in a Tuk tuk headed to hospital n we were headed to an outreach program at Likoni when we heard the fracus and had to intervein with improviced equipments.
A beautiful life female infant was delivered n scored well, plus a complete placenta n membranes were obtained. The mother had a tired wich was packed to reduce bleeding. We managed to take them to Manyata Subcounty hospital were management continued. All praise is to God.
