The Big Brother Africa 2013 winner and Namibian beauty, Dillish Mathews who recently celebrated her 4th anniversary since winning the 2013 edition of the reality TV show has been heavily criticized by social media users for stepping out to an event in Namibia three days ago in a see-through black sheer shimmery dress that revealed her bra and undies.
