A seven-month-old baby who was allegedly R@ped by her step father is in critical health condition at the Turai Umar Yaradua Maternity and Children Hospital, Katsina, Daily Trust reports.
The suspect, Magaji Dansade, was said to have R@ped his step daughter last week in their matrimonial house at Dangaske Village in Musawa local government.
Speaking on the matter, the biological father of the victim, Ibrahim Nuhu, said he is seeking for justice for his little girl – to serve as deterrent to others – as he also wants to ensure that she will be in good condition.
The suspect has since been arrested by the police.
Confirming the development, the commands public relation officer Isa Gambo said the CP is expected to brief on the matter in the coming days.
